Our return policy is simple:

We'll send you the products you purchase.  If it's damaged, we'll replace it.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the product unopened for a full refund.

You may return all unopened items purchased at ThermalBinding.us within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) (call 513-661-3233 for an RMA). We will cut you a check within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
